It would appear that you can move the Lippert Center Point # LC1565391 down one additional hole which will likely only gain you an additional 1/2" of clearance when it is moved.
When the Center Point is originally installed it will raise the suspension approximately 2" due to the height of the unit. The Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" White Wheel # AM32153 does not come balanced as it is not as important to balance trailer tires like you balance car tires. Their primary job is to support heavy loads and not providing a smooth comfortable ride like in a passenger vehicle. This is why the majority of trailers do not have shocks or cushioning suspension from the factory. This does not mean you can't have the tires balanced at a nearby tire shop.
